1 - Booking

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session at MINNEJOY. Sessions can be booked at minimum, 12 hours in advance, and at maximum, 60 days in advance.

2 - Payment, Refunds

Payment must be received in full at the time of booking. Pricing includes the session fee, nonrefundable booking fee, and applicable taxes.

A refund of the session fee and applicable taxes are automatically issued if a session is cancelled or is a no-show.

3 - Cancellations, Late Cancellations, No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. A new appointment must be booked instead.

4 - Rescheduling

Booked sessions may be rescheduled up to two times, 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requests that are made under 24 hours are considered a late cancellation.

5 - Punctuality

We recommend you arrive five minutes before your appointment to check-in and maximize your session.

We understand things happen and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, this may mean longer wait times depending on availability.

6 - Services

Self-portrait sessions are 20 minutes long and includes a private online gallery of all photos you take, plus four-edited photos of your choice. The online gallery is sent via email and all photos must be downloaded within the stated deadline.

Arts and crafting workshops are offered on an appointment booking basis only. Workshop may vary by activity, size, and costs.

7 - Guests

Due to limited space, additional guests are not allowed. Only participating individuals and parents/legal guardians of underage children are allowed.

8 - Children

All children ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and supervised at all times.

The self-portrait studio is not suitable for solo shoots of children under the age of two, unless held by a parent/guardian.

Some arts and crafting workshops are not appropriate for children. Please review the age requirement before booking.

9 - Studio Restrictions

• No pets.

• No food or open lid drinks.

10 - Social Media

Unless given consent through your scheduling form, MINNEJOY will not share your photos on its online gallery or social media platforms.

11 - Waiver and Release of Liability

You must agree to all terms in order to book and use services. The full waiver can be reviewed on the scheduling form.
