Self-Portrait Studio FAQ

A 20-minute session cannot be extended, unfortunately! We recommend you book two back-to-back sessions together. Doing this will give you an hour total to take photos!

Absolutely! You can bring as many outfits as you like. Just keep in mind that sessions are only 20 minutes long.

Yes! You can bring your own props as long as they are not glitter, confetti, food, or liquids.

Sessions are limited to two backdrop colors. We recommend you book two back-to-back sessions together. Doing this will give you an hour total to take photos with up to four backdrop colors, and 12 edited photos.

Due to limited space, guests are not allowed. Only individuals taking pictures or parents/legal guardians of underage children are allowed.

There is no age limit; however, all underage children must be accompanied by parents/guardians and supervised at all times.
The self-portrait studios are not ideal for solo shoots of children who are under the age of two, unless held by a parent/guardian.

First off, you can wear anything you like! For best results, we recommend wearing colors that contrasts well with the backdrop color(s) you choose.

We’re here to help you take the best self-portraits! Our friendly team will be accessible to you throughout your session.

The MINNEJOY Studio does not offer printing at this time, but it’s certainly something we’d love to do in the future!

Your photos will be shared through a digital gallery. Please be sure to provide a working email.

Absolutely! Once you receive the files, these photos are all yours! You can use them however you’d like.

Booked sessions may be rescheduled up to two times, 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requests that are made 23 hours or less are considered a late cancellation. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

That's alright - We understand things happen. Cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. A new appointment must be booked instead.
